Vinification:
The grapes are hand harvested and made in a combination of stainless steel tanks and open fermenters and is elegantly oaked. This unique Rosé, made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes is hand-picked, hand-selected and then gently crushed, destalked and pressed straight away.
